Jay Luck has invested over 38 years in the business of selling and marketing. His beginnings in property management and condominium conversions enabled him to attack and conquer the extreme challenges of turning around residential projects that were 'dead in the water'.

His history of successful marketing consulting strategies has turned around over 45 projects and 76 business', increasing sales by no less than 20% and in one case, as much as 3000%. He has personally provided sales teams selling out hundreds of millions in new construction and continues to team marketing turnarounds for institutions. In 1993, Jay chaired the Sales and Marketing Council for the Builder's Association of the Twin Cities and co-chaired the National Sales and Marketing Forum in 1994. He led the marketing and advertising committee for the Builder's Association of the Twin Cities for two terms. He is also a Coast guard licensed captain to 100 ton vessels. From 2000 to 2005, he trained and opened new offices for a real estate firm with over 70 offices in 17 states. In 2005, Jay joined Metro Marketing in Nevada, which has since been renamed Metro Eleven. Under Jay's ability as a 'Strategic Team Builder', Metro's accounts have tripled with business under contract exceeding 2500 homes in Nevada and Arizona.
Currently the investor market is thriving, in fact Metro Eleven often invests with our buyers on the best properties.
Between travels to different hot real estate markets we do sailing charters for fun.
He just returned from 2 years sailing on his yacht in the tropics with a real appreciation for the opportunties you have today!
